 And the winner
is...
Marjorie Sayles
is so excited to have won the Featherweight. She did not own one and
was unable to take classes because she has had back problems and her
sewing machine was too heavy to carry to class. Now, as she says,
she can take classes because the Featherweight is so much lighter
weight than her regular sewing machine. Those who attended the last
City of Roses Quilting Party may remember Marjorie. She sat near the
back of the classroom with her legs elevated during the classes.
Congratulations, Marjorie! __________________________________
Hi! I'm Tina Scarborough. I opened the
doors to Scarborough Flair in 1979, specializing
in personalized service that you couldn't find in the big
chain stores. In November 2005, I decided that it was time to
close the doors to my 'bricks and mortar' store. I plan
to continue to exhibit at regional shows, coordinate special
events, and launch a revised website to debut after the first
of the year.
ScarboroughFlair.com
will continue to carry a selection of high quality
fabrics specifically designed for quilting. If you'd like a
notification when the revised site is up and running, just click here to send us an email. (If you're
currently receiving my newsletter, you are already on my mailing
list - no need to do anything.)
Thanks to all of you who made my 26+ years of shop ownership
such a great experience. I hope to see you at a fabric show or at
ScarboroughFlair.com in the very near future!
My
very best regards,
Tina
